A fresh and aromatic perfume-like citrus oil used to reduce anxiety and fear and provide stability to the emotions. Bergamot supports the nervous system to help alleviate anxiety, depression, insomnia and stress-related conditions as it has about 300 chemical constituents that offer refreshing, mood-lifting qualities. Generally beneficial for people with eating disorders such as anorexia as it helps to regulate appetite. Bergamot helps develop our assertiveness and confidence, allowing us to improve our performance.

Blends well with the Yellow oils of Coriander, Fennel and Lemon.
How to Use:
- Skin Care: Use on oily, acne prone skin and varicose veins. Add a several drops to 120ml unscented lotion & body wash.
- Cold Compress: Apply to reduce fever or soothe insect bites
- Bath: Mix 4-8 drops, 2-3 drops for children, in a carrier oil or dispersant, add to bath salts like Dead Sea Salts or Epsom Salts, bath water or to a hand/foot soak.
- Body Perfume: Add 2-3 drops to 10ml of pure water in a glass mister or to a carrier oil such as Jojoba or Grapeseed. Spray or dab on wrists, behind ears or on any erogenous zones. Add 3-4 drops to our natural liquid deodorant for lymph support.
- Hot Compress: Helpful with swelling, bruises & sprains.
- Diffuse: Add several drops of oil to an aromatherapy diffuser or spray bottle of water.
- Hair Care: Add 5-8 drops to 120ml of unscented shampoo & conditioner.
- Massage: Add 7-12 drops to 60ml carrier oil. Rub into stressed area.

Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water, inhale deeply for 5 minutes. Place a few drops on a tissue or in the palms, rub hands together and then cup hands over the nose and take several deep breaths.
