Reminiscent of the herb anise in flavour, this sweet yet spicy oil is a known nerve soother. A stimulant to help clear the mind and a powerful oil for the entire respiratory system, especially for chronic complaints, chest infections. A good tonic to the body when in a weakened condition of convalescing.

How to use: 

• Cold Compress: Add 2 drops to help heal a bruise
• Diffuse: Add several drops of oil to an aromatherapy diffuser or spray bottle of water.
• Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water, inhale deeply for 5 minutes. Place a few drops on a tissue or in the palms, rub hands together and then cup hands over the nose and take several deep breaths.

Important Notes: Use in small doses. Avoid if you have high blood pressure. Do not use with children. Avoid in cases of epilepsy, asthma or convulsions. Avoid during pregnancy.
