This familiar smelling oil is a helpful digestive aid in breaking down fats and starchy food. For a digestive aid, add a drop to 5ml carrier oil and apply to the abdomen, rubbing gently in a clockwise movement. Also has a history of being used to attract money.

How to use: 

• Bath: Mix 4-8 drops, 2-3 drops for children,  in a carrier oil or dispersant, add to bath salts like Dead Sea Salts or Epsom Salts, bath water or to a hand or foot soak.  
• Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water, inhale deeply for 5 minutes. Place a few drops on a tissue or in the palms, rub hands together and then cup hands over the nose and take several deep breaths
• Massage: Add 7-12 drops to 60ml carrier oil. Rub into stressed area like the abdomen to help with digestion.
• Oral Hygene: Add a drop to a glass pure water and gargle with it. Nutmeg combines well with cinnamon essential oil for this use. 

Important notes: Do not use on children. May over excite nerves. Use in low dosages. Do not use undiluted. Avoid during pregnancy.
