About the Teacher: 

Jessica is the founder of Namaste Studio and a 200-RYT since April of 2011. She was certified through Marianne Wells Yoga School in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica. She loves teaching Vinyasa, Hatha and her signature Chakra Yoga Classes. Jessica's specialty is  her extra sweet Savasana, Jessica loves to end class with a soothing guided meditation.  

About the Class:

HATHA

The most common type of yoga and most taught at Namaste Studio, Hatha focuses on physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Hatha provides a great foundation for proper alignments in asanas (poses) that are to be applied to faster paced classes like Vinyasa. Perfect for all levels.

VINYASA FLOW

Offers a fast paced approach to yoga. This class will definitely get you sweating as we flow from one pose to the next. Perfect for all students in good physical health.

YOGA LUNCH

A 40 minute class offered on your lunch hour, a great remedy to break up your workday. Great for working individuals and those who are short on time.

EQUIPMENT

Practice on the best mats on the market, Manduka Pro. All props are supplied in the studio; cork blocks, organic cotton loop straps, bolsters, blankets, and lavender eye pillows. All proudly sourced from Halfmoon Yoga, a Canadian Company located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
